What the Lifetime Guarantee excludes
Normal wear and tear (scratches, surface oxidation of silver, patina)
Damage caused by impact, bending, or improper storage
Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
Loss or theft
Exposure to chemicals (perfume, chlorine, cleaning products)
Intentional misuse or deformation
