Exchanges

For exchanges, please follow the same return process and place a new order for your desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your preferred piece.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@aethernostudio.com. Include photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
